RETURNS POLICY


At Coco & Lilly we want our customers to have a wonderful experience while shopping online with us, that's why we made our return simple and easy to read.

Due to consumers right the customer has a right to a refund, repair or replacement if a items is fault  due to consumers law.

Coco & Lilly are not required to refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But we will issue our customers a credit note instead.

All tags still have to be on the item it has to be in it original condition, the item has to be unworn, undamaged, unused, unwashed.

Please note -  that discounted items are not eligible for store credit. All items discounted, purchase on sale using a promotion code are final, ( we will only exchange your items is fault).

 

For all customers within Australia you have 30 days  to return the item from when you first received the item.

For all International customers you have 60 days to return the item from when you first received the item.
